Description:

Ultrasonic sonochemistry is caused by cavitation phenomenon. In chemistry, cavitation refers to the formation, growth, and implosion of tiny bubbles. Cavitation bubbles are composed of a cycle of compression to expansion. When ultrasound passes through a liquid, it continuously compresses and expands it.
