Description:
The ultrasonic wide width atomizing nozzle adopts a special airflow channel design and is a type of ultrasonic atomizing nozzle that can spray a large area. Ultrasonic nozzles use piezoelectric transducers to convert high-frequency sound waves into mechanical energy and perform longitudinal high-frequency vibration. This vertical upward and downward motion generates standing waves in the liquid film at the top of the ultrasonic nozzle. The liquid waves extend upward from the tip of the ultrasonic nozzle until they are separated into uniformly sized droplets with almost no kinetic energy, forming particles ranging from nanometer to micrometer sizes. The wide width nozzle sprays these liquid mist out in a fan-shaped manner, forming a large-area spraying.
