50Khz Ultrasound Wide Type Spray Coating Nozzles for Large Area Glass Coated

Description:

The wide ultrasonic atomization nozzle is combined with a controlled jet from a planar jet guide plate. The atomized spray is immediately entrained in the airflow on the atomized surface of the nozzle, forming a fan-shaped spray style. The speed of air flow is controllable, thus allowing low or high impact of atomized spray on products or substrates. This multifunctional air forming system can spray patterns up to 6 inches (15 centimeters), depending on the distance from the substrate. In wide area applications where multiple nozzles are used in series, the width is not limited.

The wide range ultrasonic nozzle has a larger spraying width and is mainly suitable for various medium and large area spraying applications. It can be used for various applications including float glass spraying, textile spraying, fuel cell spraying, proton exchange membrane spraying, fuel cell spraying, membrane electrode spraying, metal plastic sheets, AR anti reflective film spraying, insulation film spraying, superhydrophobic coating spraying, and flux spraying.

The working frequency and amplitude of ultrasonic spraying machines are important factors affecting nozzle selection. They directly affect the coating dispersion and spraying effect of ultrasonic spraying machines. The following are their impacts on nozzle selection:

1. Working frequency: The working frequency of an ultrasonic spraying machine refers to the frequency of ultrasonic vibration, usually measured in kHz. The working frequency can affect the selection of nozzles, especially the aperture size of the nozzle. A higher operating frequency means a higher vibration frequency, and the residence time of coating particles in the nozzle aperture is shorter, so a smaller nozzle aperture is usually required. On the contrary, lower operating frequencies require larger pore sizes to accommodate coating particles.

2. Amplitude: Amplitude refers to the vibration amplitude generated by an ultrasonic spraying machine, usually measured in micrometers. The amplitude will affect the dispersion effect of the coating. A larger amplitude can better disperse the coating into small particles, so a smaller nozzle aperture can be used. A smaller amplitude may require a larger nozzle aperture to ensure that the coating can pass smoothly through the nozzle.

When selecting a nozzle, it is necessary to match the working frequency and amplitude with the viscosity, particle size, and spraying requirements of the coating. High frequency and large amplitude are usually suitable for smaller particle size coatings and fine spraying requirements, while low frequency and small amplitude are suitable for larger particle size coatings and large-area spraying.

It should be noted that the working frequency and amplitude of ultrasonic spraying machines are determined by equipment design and manufacturing, and are usually determined when purchasing the equipment. Therefore, when selecting a nozzle, it is necessary to choose it based on the operating frequency and amplitude range of the equipment to ensure the compatibility between the nozzle and the equipment.
