2000C series ultrasonic generators have the following characteristics:
1. Automatic frequency modulation: This feature is the basic feature of the ultrasonic system, and the accuracy of the frequency is directly related to the normal use of the equipment.
2. Digital amplitude setting: the amplitude is adjustable from 20% to 100%, and the digital adjustment ensures the unity of each start.
3. Soft start: In order to make the ultrasonic system work perfectly, the user needs to choose a suitable soft start time according to the characteristics of the mold to reduce the impact of the generator on the transducer. For molds that are difficult to start, the start speed of the mold can be adjusted.
4. Automatic frequency search: Frequency search is to search the frequency of the equipment according to low amplitude (about 10%), so that the equipment has a good starting frequency during normal operation.
5. Adjustable welding time: 2000C series ultrasonic generator has built-in time counting (precision 100ms). Users can set this parameter according to their needs to ensure the unity of each welding.
6. 485 communication baud rate 4 kinds of adjustable (9600, 19200, 57600, 115200), using the international general Modbus protocol. The communication interval is greater than 50ms.
7. The start mode is optional. According to the panel rocker switch, the start mode can be switched between inching and normal motion.
