20K ultrasonic sealing and cutting kit produced by QRsonic company mainly uses external ear mask machine (product alias: flat mask machine, automatic mask spot welding machine, ultrasonic mask machine, flat mask spot welding machine, disposable mask machine, non-woven fabric Mask machines, ear band mask machines, N95 mask machines, FFP2 mask machines, etc.) are fused to the two outer sides of the mask body to complete the ear band mask products.
QRsonic provides ultrasonic accessories for mask stitching. The welding on the face of the mask uses a 15K or 20Khz ultrasonic system consisting of a flat tool head and a patterned roller. A 20K ultrasonic system is used to perform spot welding on the welding of mask earbands.
