28Khz 500W Ultrasonic Column Type Welding Transducer with 1/2-20UNF Screw
Description:
Ultrasound, as its name implies, exceeds the sound waves of conventional sound waves. Sound waves are longitudinal waves that can be felt by the human ear and have a frequency range of 16 Hz to 20 kHz. When the frequency of sound waves is lower than 16 Hz, it is called infrasound wave, and when it is higher than 20 kHz, it is called ultrasonic sound wave.
There are four aspects to ultrasonic properties:
1) Ultrasonic waves can be effectively propagated in media such as gases, liquids, solids, and solid solutions.
2) Ultrasonic waves can transmit very strong energy.
3) Ultrasonic waves will produce reflection, interference, superposition and resonance of the hot melt machine.
4) When ultrasonic waves propagate in a liquid medium, strong impact and cavitation can occur at the interface.

Resonant frequency:
The frequency refers to a frequency measured by a transmission line method using a frequency generator, a millivoltmeter, or the like, or a frequency measured by an impedance analyzer or the like. Generally known as the small signal frequency. Opposite to it is the upper frequency, which is the actual operating frequency measured by the customer when the transducer is connected to the drive power supply via a cable and is unloaded or loaded. Because the customer's matching circuit is different, the same transducer with different driving power supply shows different frequencies, such frequency can not be used as the order basis.
